Syd/Sark? How does that work?

This has been bugging me for a long time so I really need an explanation.

How can you pair Syd and Sark? There is more chemistry between Sark and Vaughn.. honestly (i know.. it's slashy but true). I'd understand if there were just a few fics that had this unusual pairing. But no, lately almost all of them have been S/S! And it's not like there aren't any other male characters on the show other than Vaughn. So somebody, please explain!

This is a completely pointless topic and if anything belongs in the Characters & Relationships section of AA (where there are already countless topics that address this). Sarkney is a completely feasible pairing, as is any pairing. Such is the nature of a TV show.
