The abc site has email address to , and other sd6 agent email addys.
So you visit <a href="http://www.creditdaupine.com" target="_blank">credit daupine's website, and click on "client entrance", which prompts you to send email to
Doing so gives you a string of reply emails (the listing of them can be found <a href="http://pw2.netcom.com/~oakgrove/creditdauphine.htm" target="_blank">here.
Then clicking on the "findwhatever" banner on the site, takes you to some made-up search engine, which has a <o> link....this link takes you to Followers of Rambaldi.

Once upon a time there was a chatbot named alisha that you could chat with on the followers of rambaldi site. she gave automated responses according to a database that she was programmed with. Prompting her with various puzzle clues gave you more clues. the low-down on alisha-the-chatbot can be found here.
Then somehow, some players received some email talking about a rulerfrog website. (this may be down now, there was a strange mirror site at The Watcherz.....it has a username of: thewatcher , password: bypass) The Watcherz site then had a "federal shutdown" thing as the main page, but a teeny tiny link in the upper-righthand corner takes you to the page. anyway,any information that was found there can be read about here.
Then there were emails sent, and messages posted, and files found that gave audio clues, (like morse code saying "Mother, KGB", an official letter, etc)
AND they figured out what the highlighted letters from the show were for. they found a document that gave them clues that the letters were a code key to get a password. how they figured that out, can be found here. or here.
All of this comes down to some conclusion that drove all the players nuts, because it didn't really seem like any conclusion. So there was all this speculation about whether it was over or not. Either players were directed to a site that was just some game questionaire, or a final document (that they needed a password to see?...i dunno, i missed that part)
If you are really really intent on learning about the webhunt, and deciding for yourself whether it's over or not, this guy avery vincent (a game player) made a FAQ about the whole thing, and really lays it all down nicely (confusingly though, but whatever...the game was confusing)
