first thing i thought was maybe a C-section, but stealing the eggs in a good theory too SydB

It was to show that time had passed....

And the egg theory...I'm no doctor, but I don't think they need to cut you open to harvest your eggs..... I think they do a vacum suction type of thing....

glass got shattered everywhere in the fight, i mean syd was lying on pieces of mirror, she could have easily been cut

I have to agree ... It was shown to us, so we know that time had passed ... and no, Syd wasn't hurt by Freplica in any way with a knife ... just her face was smashed into some plates, sometime in the kitchen .... as was Freplica's face in the microwave glass ...

everywhere yes, and she was lying in glass ... but she didn't get hurt by them .... she was lying on them, not under them ...

okay, well if the scar is to show passage of time, then it would make sense that they would have shown her get it in or shortly before the fight, but they didnt

and if the scar is from much earlier in life, it isnt significant b/c it wouldnt have changed much and it certainly wouldnt mean anything to us

so, we can assume she got the scar during the two years, either in surgury or on a mission she doesnt remember

Okay so maybe she did get it in the fight..... Just because she didn't keel over when she got it doesn't mean it didn't happen....

I can't imagine that scar being from a mission while she was in la la land or surgery....

I just don't see it.....
