Track

I run track for my school an dfor the Jenks America Running Club. We probably run about 10 miles a day. I go to Jenks America Monday -Friday and we have meets every Saturday. I run the mile and the 800. My mile time is 5:45 and my 800 time is 2:30. I love running and knowing that Jennifer runs everyday made me love it even more. Well off to go run.

O i do track! along with the bazzilion other sports I play. It is not in my top 5 favorite but i like it. It is a nice break from the day.

I like long distance running but Cross country is better. I don't like the cirlce thing, and I'd rather run on a golf course and not see anyone than under the stares of everyone.

I am really considering track next year for indoor. Haha...I won't even tell you my mile time...cause it's pathetic. LMAO...it's under 9 if bother. But bearly...I can't keep it up. :/ Ehh...sprinting...:D Hahaha...one of the nice lil nudges that got me on the soccer team...one of the three freshmen on! :P But I would love to do field events and the 100 and 200 m. But track...actually any team on my school is so gee dee intimidating...and most importantly time consuming. It eats away all of your free time!

i ususally do track but this year i opted against it

I agree with both of you. I always preferred Cross Country. Especially because I ran the 3000m for track. Do you know how many laps that is?? 7 1/2 laps around the stupid track..gah...

I was in track for the past two years, I'm pretty much just a distance runner, used to be a good sprinter but not anymore. Now I just run 400 meter.

last year was the first year I did track, I did sprinting but I would have rather done long distance. I personally think I am bad at sprinting but I made the relay and we got a silver in the CISAA (i think it stands for: Canadian Independent Schools Athletic Association). my friend got 3 golds...one in 800, 1500 and the 3000.

The first track meet I went to the coaches put me in the 400m without any training to do so and I did it in a minute....which was last, i think.

I only like running on curves....cause I find I run faster on them.

Hurdles! Last year was my first year in winter track. It was fun, but I sort of sucked. I couldn't figure out the damn blocks! I think I'll have to try it again this year... :P .
