CHAPTER NINE

Thomas was a surprisingly quiet baby, which was good because that allowed Sydney to rest and catch up on her lost sleep. She would have skipped dinner, but Micheal knew that she should eat. After their food, Sydney almost immediately drifted off, with Thomas right next to her on the bed. This left Micheal alone to think about his “life.” Sydney really loved him. She had even changed her name for him! When he looked at Sydney, he noticed that she was wearing the ring that he had given her that night all those months ago.
Then he remembered Francie. Sydney still hadn’t realized that there was poison in that woman’s mouth. Somehow, he needed to take her out. But he didn’t want Sydney to hate him for killing the person that she still believed to be her best friend. He needed proof that Francie wasn’t what she claimed. Then he knew what he had to do. He placed an order for miniature cameras to hide in Francie’s room over the computer and went over to his window to gaze outside.

CHAPTER TEN

The cameras came a week later, and Sydney told Francie that she had bought her own house, Micheal’s house. The only problem for Micheal was to get the cameras into Sydney’s old apartment. He eventually decided on sneaking in when Francie was at the restaurant. He told Sydney that he was going out to do some errands one weekend and secretly took the cameras with him. When he got there, he was relieved to find nobody home. He went first to Francie’s room, then Will’s because he knew that they might sleep together in there. Then he placed a third camera in the kitchen and one in the living room. That was the last of his cameras, so he began to leave. Just then, he heard the door begin to open. Somebody was home.

CHAPTER ELEVEN

When Francie looked inside, she saw an empty room. She was sure that she had heard something… She shrugged and made sure Will wasn’t home. Then she pulled out her cell phone when it rang. It was so loud on the other end that Francie held the phone away from her face. Micheal could hear everything.
“Several months ago, I heard from you that it would be finished by that night!” the person yelled. “However, I have not received the package! Where is it? I want it soon, or else!”
“Yes, Arvin,” Francie said. She quickly shut off her phone. She was about to put it away when her phone rang again. “Yes?” Francie said. This time Micheal could only hear Francie. “Oh, hey Sark! Tonight? Right. I have my instructions. Good bye.” Then she left the room.
When Micheal was sure that he was alone, he quietly left his hiding spot and slipped out the door. Sydney had to know about this.

CHAPTER TWELVE

When Micheal arrived home, Sydney was sitting on the couch rocking Thomas in her arms. He approached her cautiously, not knowing how she would react. He hoped she wouldn’t be too mad.
“Uh, Sydney,” he said.
“Oh, hey,” she said to him with love in her eyes. She blew him a kiss.
“Hi,” he said as he kissed her gently. “Well, I wanted to tell you something.”
“What’s that?” Sydney asked. Micheal took a deep breath.
“I snuck into Francie’s house and put in cameras and overheard two of her mysterious phone conversations,” he rushed on. Sydney’s eyes widened.

then what? THEN WHAT?!! AHH?! er, AHH!! What does she do?! grrrr....I wanna know!! Oh well...I really love this story!!
