It is never outright spoken that Vaughn is married. Just because he is wearing what we assume is a wedding ring does not mean he is married. Maybe it is a memento of his love for Sydney. Maybe it is part of a cover for a mission he was on before being "called back." The truth is, we won't know until the new season begins (which right now seems forever and a day away 
) So people --- stop assuming he is married because in my heart I do not think that realistically Vaughn could have moved on from Sydney that quickly!

we don't know for sure yet if vaughn's 100% married. so i'm not going to guess i'm going to wait until fall and see what happens

And with that said, I have no idea who his wife is. It upsets me to think its not Sydney.
