Weiss...possibly a bad guy?

I also noticed this but I think the reason why they didn't show Weiss and Irena is because it was non-imprtant all we had to know is that no one could find her. Weiss just doesn't strik me as a bad guy!

I no!!! Weiss just isn't bad! There is not 1 thing about him that's bad. And somehow, I don't think he'd be working with Irina. Irina shot him, and almost killed him! I would never partner up with someone who nearly killed me!

I love Weiss, he is so awesome!! but i have to agree with Irish South Paw!
He is a little too nice to syd and vaughn, it seems he always want to know what's going on with them and where they are....

I smell a mole ....

i do not think weiss is evil and this is why... everyone else who has been so far has been shady. weiss is not shady. he is jolly. plus they ususally clue you in. like with the allison/francie ordeal. they could have very well left that until the end for us to figure out there was something up and they didn't. they usually make which ones the bad guys are obvious and what their plan is not so obvious.

OK, so many of you don't want to believe that Weiss could be a bad guy. I can certainly understand that, as Mr. Grunberg is definitely tops when it comes to providing comic relief or friendly advice (whether it's to Vaughn on "Alias" or Ben on "Felicity").

So for those of you who doubt my theory, what do you think JJ has in store for this character? We know that Weiss will be a regular this season, so there must be some plan to expand his role - I mean, you don't think JJ would make him a regular just so he can toss off a few more one-liners, do you?

We already have Marshall (and perhaps Carrie) to provide laughs for the audience, Dixon to provide back-up in the field, and Will to provide analysis back at CIA headquarters. And if Vaughn truly is married, he's probably not going to want relationship advice from his best buddy anymore.

So what's left? If you don't think he's going to be a bad guy, then I would love to hear your theories about what kind of role Weiss will take on.

Plus, if he might be leaving for a new series after the season is over . . .
;)

vaughn and syd are def. gonna have unresolved issues if, according to various theories i've read and considered, vaughn has left the agency and/or married someone else. maybe weiss will become sydney's new handler? just a theory but who knows with jj!? that would explain his bump up to regular. just think about it. i want your guys feedback on this. am i whacked for thinking this or am i on to something? or am i just insanely obssessed with alias like the rest of y'all? haha

An interesting thought, but I don't believe that Sydney really needs a CIA handler anymore, as she is no longer working as a double agent.

And if Vaughn has left the CIA, wouldn't it make more sense for Dixon to be her new partner? This duo obviously worked well together at SD-6, so it makes sense to pair them up again (plus, if Dixon isn't Sydney's partner on missions, what is there for him to do?).

Well, I'd like to see Dix go back to partnering up with Syd!!!! But I'd like to see more daddy-daughter missions too, but that seems somewhat unlikely right now . . . :(
;)

good idea!! only i hope it isnt true. WEiss always makes me laugh and if he turned evil then who would there be to bring humor to the show? it does make perfect sense though!!
