Season 2 who is francine

If Ethan Hawke was the Doctor who created the cloning machine who was Francine before she was cloned. They said the machine was used twice. I know this sounds crazy but we have not seen Sloans wife since this happened. Just pulling my Alias addicted brain. Any thoughts.
