your most embarrassing moments

these stories are so funny! goodness mine is SO long, i guess i got carried away, didn't realize it was that long when i was posting it . . .

Rotfl crazy! Oh my god, that last story was hilarious! I totally love that one.

I think my most embarrasing moment (that I can think of right now) was kind of similar to that. My friends and I were in a bar, and I had these SUPER high heels on. Anyways, my feet were getting sore, so I decided to sit down on a bar stool. I hooked my heels over the little bar at the bottom of the stool, and figured I was good to go. Well, I was talking to someone behind me, and I figured I'd step off the stool to get a better view. Well, I totally forgot that my heels were still hooked onto the stool, and I just totally wiped out on the floor. My friends didn't help at all, and just laughed at me. Totally embarrassing.

Ok This story is just weird: I was in my math class. Anyways my feet were falling asleep so I decided to stick them in the desk basket in front of me. When me and my partner got up to present our project, I noticed one of my feet were stuck! The entire class wacthed as my teacher had to yank my foot out of the seat!!!!!!People still tease me, even though that was monthes ago!!!!!!!!!!! God, it was embarrassing!

That exact same thign happened to someone in my class, during math too. Because she had to get up and hand something to the teacher and the next thing I know she says "I'm stuck" and the whole class laughs hysterically. Our teacher had to get her out at the end.

Well, it pretty bad when you trip three times in one day, 1st it's down the stair, then across the room along a smartboard rail. Then as you walk home the sidewalk isn't even! I was a walking disater on friday.

OMG these stories are great!

One time, I was at this cute little coffee shop type place, where all their seats are high stools. Well yeah, a friend got me laughing so hard, I totally wiped out and fell over sideways. And took the stool down with me. It made such a loud noise that like all conversation in the place stopped and everyone turned and looked at me. And I couldn't stop laughing. And when I laugh really hard and I'm lying down, I have a hard time breathing, so I start hyperventilating. So there I was on the floor of the coffeeshop, with a stool on top of me, hyperventilating. And then when I finally stopped, I couldn't get the stool off of me. My friends didn't help either... they were too busy laughing at me.

Gosh, I had almost forgotten about that.

ohmygoodness. all these stories are reminding me of other stupd things i've done!

so i guess that time in freshman year wasn't the only time i fell off my chair. this february, i was trying to store some blankets up on the top of my closet. unfortunately, i am only five feet tall so i needed a little help. i was too lazy to go get one of the stationary chairs in the kitchen so i decided to use my swivel chair. two words: BAD IDEA. i rolled the swivel chair up to my closet, stood on top of it with two heavy piles of blankets and tried to heave them up onto my closet. i don't really know what happened but i think i slipped and the swivel chair went all swivelly and i actually FLEW off the chair and landed in a heap in the corner of my room with the blankets all over me. i yelped, and two of my roommates came running into my room only to stare at me and laugh.

so moral of the story: don't use a swivel chair to stand on. for some reason, it's not a good thing to balance on. ;)

Ha! I learned that one the hard way. My story is similar to yours... I couldn't reach the top shelf in the closet, and I needed to get a new tube of tooth paste that I stored up there. So, I look around, and the first thing I see is a swivel chair. So I grab it... and you can guess what ended up happening. I sprained my ankle in the process. Sooo not a good thing to do when you need to climb 60 stairs to get up to your dorm from basically anywhere on campus.

I ran into a door last night. It was dark, so I was just kind of feeling my way around, and all of a sudden, "wham!" my nose met the door. Thankfully, my nose didn't start bleeding. But there's a little sore spot now.

rotfl Cherry. That one was just too classic. Existentialist, yours is great too. It's funny, because I've done it too. ;)

ok, so another embarrassing moment in my life, just happened yesterday.

So I took my car in to get fixed, and I needed a ride home from the dealership, and back to it after my car was done. So this sort of cute guy was driving me, so I was chatting it up with him. Anyways, he helps me out with paying and everything, and I go to get in my car, and he goes "I know this is kind of forward, but would you go out for coffee with me sometime?" So here I am thinking I'm like all hot stuff and everything. So I get into my car, and try to start it, but it just keeps really quiet like it didn't turn on. So I'm all like, what the heck is going on. Maybe i didn't turn it on. So i turn the key again, TOTALLY grinding the engine in front of the ENTIRE garage staff and sort of cute guy. Yeah, reason why it was so quiet? The radio was turned off. ;)

I got out of there so fast, you wouldn't believe it. Somehow, I don't think I'll be calling sort of cute guy, because he'll just think of me as stupid chick who can't even turn on her own car. ;)

When I was in 6th grade, I had to have two surgeries on my foot. Anyway, I had a big cast and lovely crutches (which are evil...). I was wearing Tevas, and had to go to the back counter in the classroom. So... I figured I wouldn't bother w/ the crutches, and I'd just hop over. Well... things didn't go as planned, and when I hopped, the top end of my shoe flipped under my foot, and I fell... smack down on my face!! I recovered well, laughed at myself, continued hopping, got back to my seat. A few minutes later, I had to get up again.

Do you think I learned?

No. I did the EXACT same thing!!! LOL :rotflmao: Oh, the trials I must endure for being a blonde................. LOL

one time when i was in 3rd grade, i was in the balcony and i was dared to make throw up sounds, so i did. then all of sudden people started hearing it and thought i was really throwing up, so everyone else started to throw up gradually and soon it cleared the whole theater building....it was hilarious but not at the time....

ohh...lenkid. it's always ten times worse when other people around. well, actually, that's what makes an embarrassing moment embarrassing. if no one was around to see it, it never happened. ;) at least my embarrassing moments didn't really happen in front of people i cared about.

Aww  Lenkid! I had that problem kinda when I got my new car. My old car's engine was REALLY loud when you turn it on, so when I got this new car, I turn the key and it just kind of... purrs, so I got confused all the time 'cause I was so used to the engine like grumbling and stuff.
