im a goalie in soccer and ive injured myself a lot
i had a hairline fracture in a rib b/c someone kicked me
i had little fractures in my shoulder along with a small tear in my rotator cuff
torn cartilage in my knee...same injury cause me to have some chronic condition where my kneecap would...
i agree that beckham is overrated
but there's that goal he scored when he played with man. u. when he chipped the keeper from about half field...that was a nice goal
i have horrible tan lines too, but i bet mine are worse because along with the neck tan, arm tan, shorts tan, and shinguard tan, i am developing a glove tan (im a keeper)
then there are always drills for power dives...put a bad down (make sure it is a good sized bag...about the same size as a person) and back off at an angle...have someone serve a good ball and dive over the bag...be sure not to trip on it...i know from experience, its painful

sit down on your butt and bounce the ball on the ground (hard) and get up and catch it before it bounces...it works on getting up fast

we had a badmitton set in our backyard when i was really little, but i was so small i could never hit the shuttlecock over the net, so i would end up just taking them when my family was playing and i would run into the front yard and hide them in a tree

hey, i won the PE tournament in my class too! thats about all my experience with this sport...it was funny, because in all of the PE classes, the soccer players won...it was just weird
i agree, and whats scarier is that the ebola virus actually made it into the U.S....ok, i know it was ebola reston and humans dont get it, but still scary
