I have no intentions of preordering heros journey without more solid displays of gameplay. But as for preordering, i usually do itfor games i feel will be a problem to geta hold of, like everquest 2 and world of warcraft on release.

I hope they make a totally new game, unrestricted by premade stories and boundries. While they did a great job with Knights of the old republic, i would rather they didnt do it as an mmo. Even jade empire was great but i would love to see something new, unique, and something they can expand...

Personally.. world of warcraft/everquest 2/city of heros control scheme. wasd to move, mouse to control camera, target, activate w/ doublt click. World of warcraft was cool when it gave a choice of one or the other. I think any game that comes out with only point and click is outdated...

I dont think the problem is how long its taking, but the fact that theres absolutly no news about the game. Theres no new articles, the game feels like it has been abandoned cause no devs are talking about the progress of the game itself, just the engine.

I won 3 accounts for this game. It is very different from the normal asian grind fest, it is rather enjoyable right now. I got 4 level 50s, but they will be deleted once making the change form closed to open beta.

I was gonna ssay the fatigue thing as well. I see that working well, in duels or friendly fighting. And the end result would jsut be temp stun for a few minutes.

Open pvp.. like lineage 2... hell no.

This game is supposed to be out in may, so provided beta information isnt at least being buzzed about in the comming months, i will mostlikly invest in age of conan. Because that game looks like it is heading right on schedual. I want to follow Heros Journey, above all those games, but...

So did i, i went into vast detail when i did my beta notes for codemaster in that email.

So.. i figured we can say score one for the good guys on this one. Seems beta testers made more then enough noise about the payplus system, codemasters decided to drop it. To bad that wont be enough to save the game itself, but now we know for certain the majority of us are still true gamers...
