Sci-Fi Favorite Type of Sci Fi

Interesting point of view. Indeed Ronald D. Moore Battlestar Galactica, as Naturalistic Sci-fi joined together both stream, Its sci-fi, but a serious drama too. That's why a lot of Scifi fans got their wives watching BSG with them. But at the same point It seems that syfy channel was quite...

TV vampire diaries vs true blood

I prefer True Blood. The show is very good. I'm seeing also every week Being Humans, the American version of the show. I really like the way those series deals with supernatural and fantasy stuff.

Sci-Fi Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome (2012) [BSG prequel]

and you must consider too they took a bunch of photos of every part of the BSG Universal studio that were in Vancouver before they destroyed it. So all the Galactica sets of the Reimagined series are digitezed and with CGI effects we can see part of the ship that It was impossible to see.

Sci-Fi Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome (2012) [BSG prequel]

Yeah Markean, this is because the postproduction is huge. As all the sets of BSG have been destoyed, now they have all those sets digitalized, they took a lot of pictures of all the old sets of BSG and Blood and Chrome has been done on green screen, so they is a lot of 3D stuff to make the...

    Hello all!

I am too, I was a pretty young child when the vintage BSG got broascasted, but I remember some episodes. I never really watch it but I saw it... But sincerely I prefer the Ronald D. Moore and David Eicke version of BSG, Its more realistic and, from my perspective, the best sci-fi show even made.

Sci-Fi Favorite Type of Sci Fi

Well you forgot the new type of Sci-fi, the Naturalistic Sci-fi. The first series of this kind was Battlestar Galactica Reimagined, that can't simply be associated to Space Opera, eventhough this type of sci-fi inspired BSG(2003). Ronald D. Moore, the Executive producer, reached far beyond...
