I posted elsewhere, but I'll post it here too. I feel shellshocked about it still. I just hate that I saw this finale. It has almost ruined the whole series for me. I'm sure eventually I will be able to look at the old DVD sets again, but not soon. Jack dies and Sark lives? Unacceptable.

I didn't think the wierdest thing was on the list. To me, the wierdest thing is that apparently Irina had an affair, or "indescretion" with Sloane. That is wierd.

Just wondering about the difference in time in Jack's incarceration. Sloane told Sydney he was imprisioned for 6 moths. Jack has not said anything to Sydney about his incarceration right after her mother left. Is this another forgotten issue by the witers or is there more to it?

I still hope Jack is Nadia's father. I think those who say that would destroy Jack and Sydney's relationship are mistaken. Jack has a tremendous capacity to love. So does Sydney. I think if Nadia is Jack's, it would add another layer to his character. It would be interesting to see him try...

I think Jack was "messing" with Sloane as well. He was already administering the "cure" when he told him that. He knew he wasn't going to kill him. He just wanted Sloane to think about that statement as he "died".
