Sorry for the delay - I was avoiding this site until I was finally able to watch the finale - it was a really long week . . . Anyways - clue - it's a number.

Gadget Yesterday, Sloane opted for every neat Rambaldi vestige that exists.

How about "Sydanna?" I'm willing to believe Nadia and Rene are both dead - they'd have a hard time pulling off recoveries from carotid/tracheal injuries where each patient was laying alone for some time before getting medical attention. But why didn't Rene notice that "Sydney's" clothes were...

And don't forget last year's Ford commercial with Nadia powersliding and crashing through walls in a Mustang. At least that one was entertaining. This one was just plain funny.

My current bet is the Cardinal is Devlin. I doubt the producers would bring in a caompletely new character for this role. Tom had to go through Korman (the witness protection guy) to get a message to the Cardinal. Korman was in CIA witness protection - meaning that someone with power in CIA...

That is true . . . And Devlin did show up rather quickly at APO after Tom called for the cardinal (that was my first clue). As far as the uneasiness, I was actually expecting Devlin's phone to ring when Jack was looking for someone to shoot. A spinoff is a possibility, but I haven't heard...

A few thoughts: Bad Irina is so much better than super mommy Irina. Didn't like it last season when she was all good. I don't remember who said it earlier in the thread (and I'm too lazy to hit the back button), but whoever said that the cardinal plot was going to be involved with everything...
