Hey scifichic, have you seen this? It looks like that guy in your video.

I once went to the beach, and I saw three guys being chased by cops. They all ran towards the ocean, and eventually got in. Of course, the guys running couldn't swim, so the lifeguards had to rescue them. I was about eight. Venice is the type of place where guys like that are considered normal.
