Yeah I'm well in favour of this. While the somewhat facetious mention of the undead might not suit everyone, it does take advantage of the popularity of the zombie genre at the moment to help get the word out about important information.

The Dune series is Sci Fi but does deal heavily with politics, some great insights in there too. On fantasy, Zavant is pretty good, Hobb's assassin books, the Lies of Locke Lamora as well. For just sheer vicious byzantine political maneuvering in Sci Fi though, you cannot beat the Gap series.

Moon was billed as being the thinking man's sci-fi, and I suppose it was, but I found the basic premise hard to swallow. So the entire power supply of the earth is dependent on one company, and this one company is entirely dependent on one man? Wha?

Nice. Needs some input from the Ghastly Creatures That Walk Between Moments in order to give it a proper plot, romantic drama is a bit kitchen sink for time travel.
