With that smiley choice, I'm not sure if this is a positive or negative post.Hey Kevin, great job. I like this pretty pet of yours.
Sadly, Miss Fritz suffered a stroke right before Thanksgiving last year, and despite what seemed like successful efforts at recovery, had to be put to sleep back in March. Wendy is still going strong, even though the vet states that "it's a miracle she's still alive" based on the sheer quantity of liver cysts she has...
Here's the twin (Miss Fritz)...it would have been nice to get the same angle so the similarity was more apparent, but this was one of about ten shots I attempted, since she's skittish and wouldn't keep her head still.
Sorry to hear; it's never easy with the passing of a furry family member. How is Wendy dealing with Miss Fritz being gone?Sadly, Miss Fritz suffered a stroke right before Thanksgiving last year, and despite what seemed like successful efforts at recovery, had to be put to sleep back in March. That is terrific pic of a black cat with the Halloween decorations! This is my bubba at Halloween a few years ago...
My wife is convinced that she's still wondering where Fritzy is at, and missing her.Sorry to hear; it's never easy with the passing of a furry family member. How is Wendy dealing with Miss Fritz being gone?
I "could" post my pet, but since my gifs, and images are disabled, no can do....I know several of us have pets in the family, from dogs to birds to lizards, so post your pics!
I will start by posting a recent pic of Buster, our Bichon Frise & Maltese mix. Buster is the "Fuzzy Dog" that I will sometimes refer to. His sister, Sophie, lives with my Mom while he lives with my wife & I. He even has his own Twitter account, @FDBuster!
The pic below is him wearing his Hawaiin shirt that we brought back for him while on vacation. Fuzzy Elvis!

Bacon and eggs?Is it ok to post our pets that are no longer with us?
My Jessica- rip
Jessica (in her homemade monogrammed harness) and Regan, my tabby (yes, named after Linda Blair's "Regan")
Anouk, one of my 4 dogs
(On November 4th I took in my fourth dog, Danny, my neighbor's dog. Paul lost his battle with cancer. I hope he felt some relief knowing Danny has a forever home)
Guess I should get all four together for a Christmas portrait. Do I have the energy or patience to accomplish this? Nope.
Of course. They never stop being part of our families. Is it ok to post our pets that are no longer with us?
Sorry to hear she is no longer with you. She was cute though! Looks like Regan and her got along fine. How big did Jessica get?My Jessica- rip

But it'd be fun trying! You may end up enjoying the ''outtake" pics more than the final shot.Guess I should get all four together for a Christmas portrait. Do I have the energy or patience to accomplish this? Nope.
80 lbs. Solid. 110 decibel squeal too.How big did Jessica get?
Sadly, Wendy was able to last a little while longer (about 10 months or so) after her sister passed, but with those severe liver problems I mentioned and the fact that she was over 20 years old, it was only a matter of time. Wendy passed this week, so at least the two of them are together again...Sorry to hear; it's never easy with the passing of a furry family member. How is Wendy dealing with Miss Fritz being gone?
