I find it hard to believe that Japan hasn't already had a policy on how to deal with "UFOs" in their air space. If nothing else, with the political climate of North Korea having a bad habit of lobbing random things over the Japanese islands and into the Pacific ocean, Japan is a nation that should be already well prepared for unknown objects or at least how to react to them.

Good exercise for tracking flying objects anyway. Do they need the Pentagon to give them ideas?
