Best Theme Songs
Worst Theme Songs

Best: Theme from 'Chinatown', though it's an instrumental.
'Goldfinger', 'View to a Kill' and several other Bond themes.
'Blue Bus' from Apocalypse Now.

on the 'worst' list, any of the recent Bond films.

I've seen a lot of bad movies with great soundtracks. I just came back from the beach so my brain isn't thinking right now but I reserve the post to make some examples later.
(???Who talks like that???) - I do

I like a couple songs from the Magus (2008) but I don't know who does them.
Sucker Punch and Wanted had some good tunes too.
I liked the guitar work in the old Werewolf series.
David Gilmour did a great job in Legend.
Pink Floyd did the soundtrack for Colours of Infinity by Arthur C Clarke.
Jaws and The Thing (1982) rank pretty high for the best monotonous instumentals.
I enjoyed the opening trance music for Blade, so much so, I started collecting trance music.
Loved the redneck jamming in Trailer Park of Terror.
In Evil Aliens the Combine Harvester song seemed most appropriate. Made me think of Brand New Key by Melanie

El Mariachi
from Once Upon A Time In Mexico is fantastic Guitar work, soothing.
