Tonight's episode will be a rerun of Firebomb, which originally aired on February 23rd. This is a great episode (with quite possibly one of Syd's weirdest disguises ever) so be sure to watch! I'm sure there will be a little blurb before it starts that will say something like, "ABC congratulates Alias on their 11 Emmy nominations!"
