When Will and Francie were cooking lobster, he said that Francie's restaurant is making a profit "after only six months." Francie's restaurant opened in The Indicator, right? So if this is the case, then from The Indicator (episode 5) to Phase One (episode 13), six months went by.
In The Getaway, on the other hand, Weiss said that he was in the hospital for three months since he got shot in The Enemy Walks In. This means that from The Enemy Walks In (episode 1) to The Getaway (episode 12), only three months went by. Also, in Phase One, when the CIA was having their briefing, Kendall said that Arvin Sloane has been missing for 5 days. So, from the time Sloane met up with Emily at the end of The Getaway up to the CIA briefing in Phase One, only 5 days went by. If you add this up, from The Enemy Walks In up to Phase One, around 3 to 3 1/2 months went by.
