About making banners

Does any1 out there know how to make banners? If so, can someone make me one with MV's Gap ads? Any1 who wants to help me can pm me and also, how do I get an avator that "moves" like some people have? Thanks!

if you check out fan media, they have lots of request threads, and animated avatars are quite abtainable as well as movie avatars.
