If you have Windows and use IE, you might want to install Alexa: http://alexa.com

Not only is it useful, it ranks web sites based on the activity of Alexa users on domains, and how many users are on the domain. Currently we're (allalias.com) the 247,395th most popular domain - but movin' on up (err... actually, down)

I looked into it. It looks ok. However, I would reccommend instead using the Alexa Snapshot feature, which is a bookmarklet that allows you to snapshot a page. Rename the bookmarklet "snap". Then, whenever you want info, just type "snap" into the address bar. It works well for me (since Opera users can't install the bar...)

no, it just takes up a tiny tiny bit of screen real estate - but you can hide it.
