I heard that Animal Crossing for the Game Cube is pretty cool. The reviews I've read said that it's kinda like the Sims. I wondering if I should get it or just wait for the Sims to come out on the PS2 and the end of this month?

I agree the Sims is awesome. The deal is that Nintendo came with the game, it's based in the same idea of the Sims, or so I've told. I just keep wondering if I should shell out the dough for it or just wait for Sims to go to the PS2.

yeah I've heard its a pretty good game. If you buy the game, be sure to buy it with a memory card because it takes up all 59 blocks of memory. The memory card should come inside of it.

I've played AC & I'd reccommend it to those who are patient enough to figure out all it's secrets. It's a strategy game, like The Sims, but it isn't an imitation of it.

    ummm... exciting?

my neighbor got it, played it a lot for about a week then quit and never touched it again

I love the Sims. But Animal Crossing can't compare to the Sims.

Sure you get to control this creature kinda looking thing, do tasks, and try to improve your lifestyle but its boring. The fact that its based on real time makes it worse. Want something to happen? You have to wait a couple of days in real life for something to happen. I finally got so bored and frustrated with it I cheated. I changed the date on the GC to jump forward a couple of months. But the game knew I was changing the date (constantly) and it got fed up with me

So I was fed up with and it was fed up with me and that's how I left it :D
