Sydney awoke in a sweat, tossing and turning around. Wait…what’s going on?
She turned to see Vaughn lying next to her, sleeping peacefully. He opened his eyes.
Where was she though? This wasn’t her home. Or Vaughn’s for that matter.
“SYD!!!! Oh my God…Sydney.”
He broke down, sobbing, taking her in his arms.
“Thank you, oh thank you. Syd…” He kept crying.
“Vaughn?” she asked gently
He looked at her as if not believing she was there.
“Where am I ? What’s going on?”
He broke down again, hugging her harder. She waited until the crying subsided.
“Syd…do you remember the fight with Francie???”
“Yes…”
“You were in a coma Syd. For two years. I thought I had lost you!”
It was a dream? It was a dream? IT WAS A DREAM!
Sydney broke down too, crying with pure happiness. She had her life back, and more importantly, she had Vaughn.
