What is the best free host provider in your opinion.
According to me its x10hosting.

X10 Is horrible I used it in the past for this forum I had many long downtimes. From that I moved to webhostingfox they offer free, p2h and paid hosting.

Their plans are magnificent and their server speed is fast.

I strongly agree this forum used to be hosted on x10hosting there server were slow and the downtime for the sites where like 2 -5 hours. Once I moved to WHF free plan. The forums much faster and I have only had 1 downtime that was because of a server reboot

x10hosting sucks terribly i agree

i don't know about current hosts but earlier 110mb was good
