Here is the next part......
No POV
Vaughn and Sydney both changed into their bathing suits and went outside. Sydney was done first, so she went to the pool and tried to see if she could see the suspect.
Syd POV
There was no sign of Vaughn or Jung Chow. I think Vaughn was stalling, but I am not sure about Jung Chow. I had my black bikini on. It had a cherry on the bottom and it tied at the neck and lower back. I had asked Francie to come shopping with me so that I could pick out the perfect swimsuit. I was looking around trying to spot Jung Chow when I saw Vaughn. He had a pair or navy blue trunks. They looked so good on him. He wasn’t wearing a shirt, and was heading straight for me. He turned and headed for the diving board. He did a perfect dive and landed right next to me. He was floating next to me and looking around trying to find Jung Chow. I turned towards him and started to explain myself.
“Look, Michael I have to tell you something.”
“If this is about what you and Will did, then I don’t want to hear about it. I have learned to deal with it, but after what I saw, I didn’t think that I would ever talk to you, but look I guess that didn’t work.”
“But Vaughn, I mean Michael I didn’t even want to kiss Will. Right before you came in, he told me that he loved me and that he wanted to go out with me. I told him that I was going out with you. Then he kissed me.”
“Well you didn’t seem to pull away.”
“I didn’t want to hurt his feelings.”
“Well you didn’t. You hurt mine.”
“Michael that is not fair.”
“Look Syd. Can we talk about this later please? We have a mission to do and I think we should be concentrating on the objective.”

Syd and Vaughn sat there and looked around. They missed Jung Chow.
Vaughn POV
“Oh no, I think we lost him. When I came out, I saw him and I was trying to tell you, before we got involved in this complicated conversation. I don’t see him anywhere. We might as well go inside and look for him in the lobby.”
NO POV
When they both got to the lobby, Syd and Vaughn were involved into a deep conversation of exactly what they had said before. Vaughn was now walking backwards silently arguing with Sydney. He accidentally walked into Jung Chow and sincerely apologized. Sydney could not stop giggling in the background. They followed Jung Chow and his men to see which room was his. His room was a floor bellow theirs. Room number 4646. Jack had also said that any information that they could acquire would be a big bonus, so Vaughn and Syd would get the information, and then they would plant the tracking device. They decided that they would duke it out in the room, because there nobody would be bumped into, or identify that their “marriage” was on the rocks.
Sydney got into the hot tub, and Vaughn went to take a shower. There was a ball being held that night, and they were both invited to go.
SYD POV
Vaughn came out wearing a black tuxedo. His hair was gelled so that it would be spiky, and his shoes were obviously just polished. His eyes were as sparkly as ever, but he did not have his usual grin on his face.
Vaughn POV
Syd stood there still in her bathing suit looking at me. She did look good in her bathing suit.
“HI,” she said.
“Hey”, I said. “You might not want to go in that you know,” I said trying really hard not to laugh. I wanted to try to give her a chance to explain herself. Maybe she really didn’t want Will to kiss her.
When Sydney came out, she was wearing a long black dress with straps that criss crossed at the back. She had open towed black high heeled sandals on. Her hair was up and she had little silver jeweled beads tied in.
“You look very nice,” I said trying my best to resist the urge to kiss her. It was so hard being mad at Sydney Bristow.
We got down to the lobby and headed to the conference room. It was beautifully decorated and I enjoyed seeing all of these elegant people all dressed up for such a small function. This ball was in honor of Jung Chow’s father. It was his birthday and he was a very respectable man.
Sydney and I went onto the dance floor and danced for a few songs. I leaned in and smelled her coconut-flavored hair. I could feel her sniffing my cologne. Weiss had always told me that I put too much on, but I think that it adds something special. I pulled Sydney off of the dance floor and we slowly pried ourselves from the conference room. I was actually having a good time. We snuck down the hallway of Jung Chow’s room and we used the device that Marshall gave us to open the door.
***FLASHBACK***
Now this little bad boy will get you into any of the rooms in the hotel. You see each of the doors has a code and when you put the card in the door, the sensor reads the number and the door opens. By the way did you guys see the documentary on the Dewey Decimal System? It was super swank.
SYD POV
We walked into the room and it was amazing. It had all of the same features that ours did. Vaughn started in the bathroom, and I started in the bedroom. We started up Jung Chow’s computer and copied his desktop. We got a lot of information, and it should provide useful intelligence to the CIA. We exited the room just to hear the elevator at the end of the hall open. We frantically searched, but there were no other doors. The ceiling was blocked off and the door to Chow’s hotel had just closed. We heard the footsteps getting louder, but there was nowhere to go.
