Breakfast

It's the caffeine withdrawal that is giving you a headache. Drinking coffee solves it because it snaps you out of withdrawal.
No, Brad, I've gone a year without coffee, just green tea and little chocolate and I still get headaches. I get headaches because I work about 95 hours a week. But thanks for caring.
 
I try to have some sort of breakfast every day. Some mornings I don't have as much time so I'll have an apple or yogurt. Occasionally I'll make smoothies and drink them on my way to work.
