You can't die of a broken heart directly.. but you can indirectly by commiting suicide.

I chose depends becasue If it was like you one and only true love and you had a broken heart. Yes totally I think that you can totally die from a broken heart. I do believe that there is just one person out there for everyone and the people who never find that one person just doesn't try hard enough. If the person was like not your true love and it was just like some fling and you say you have a broken heart you won't die from it cuz then it's just like totally stupid. I think that everyone should have true love in there life.

I believe you can die of a broken heart. I've seen it happen, and it had nothing to do with suicide. There was this elderly couple who were longtime family friends of ours, and when the wife died, the husband died less than a week later and he didn't even have a health condition. We all believe he died of a broken heart. It was so sad.
