I would assume that most countries do, but to what level they're developed. Like the US has a good spy agency.

The Central of Intelligence of my country (Spain) is the CNI (Centro Nacional de Inteligencia - National Center of Intelligence) aka CESID (Centro Superior de Información de la Defensa or Higher Defense Intelligence Center )

Yup!!! I wanna join that! With Alias going, and Canadians watching, ppl will want to join the CSIS, because they can't join the CIA.

But also, the US is a moajor super power, and if they didn't have good intelligence, their country would be under major threats!
