Yeah, so knew he was going to toss the stash - good on him! Charlie has always been cool, but now he's even cooler!

I would say that it's cocaine, because it's white powder

It was off-white or brownish. I'd say that the likelihood is that it is heroin because he scavenged Valium (a downer, not an upper) out of the medical supplies as a substitute.

(Plus, the withdrawals from heroin are worse.)
