I've got very little shopping to do anymore. My family has been doing a pollyanna (aka "Secret Santa" for those not from SE-PA ) gift exchange the past few years so it just leaves my wife's family.
When the kids were in HS we did a secret santa thing where we would let the kids pick a family and we would all get together and make a bunch of different fudges and candies and deliver them to their door on Christmas Eve.
Just left the box on the doorstep.
