Clowes Adapts 'Backyard'

Cartoonist-turned-screenwriter Daniel Clowes has signed on to write Backyard Resistance for producer Scott Rudin and Paramount Pictures, about a trio of youngsters who made a shot-by-shot remake of Raiders of the Lost Ark called Raiders of the Lost Ark: The Adaptation, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
