How satisfied are you with the electric service we provide to you?
I'm satisified if it works
I'm not satisfied if it doesn't
What can we do to make your MPC experience better?
Stop bothering me with stupid questionaires and spamming my inbox.
Do you pay or bill online or use our auto-pay feature?
I auto-pay NOTHING.
I would pay online but you charge an additional $6.95 handling charge and I pay what I owe, nothing more.
Will you continue as a MPC customer in the next 12 months?
DUH, I guess, unless I die...

And it continues with types of appliances, most active hours and so on.
