I really don't know what I was doing with this through out the whole thing xD but this is what I came out with just out of throwing things in xD

looks like he needs to be blended a little bit more, also maybe add some more depth like behind him, this might also blend it a little better, the style is like hardcore grunge and dirty and hes just squeaky clean with no marks on him.

its good though.

the lighting is actually bad.
the light is coming from straight above him and there is a big dark spot on his head.

A bit grungy and a the render looks to be erased too much! but other than that the background fits well with the render!
