confirmed I am bi-polar

i don't know whether or not its a good thing i know thou..... since i've found out i seem to be getting it worse - more angry and more depressed.

thought. A big sign of being manic is that they do not sleep...like can go days without sleeping

I have been told by a friend who is bipolar that the first episodes tend to show up after a tramic event. For her it was when she found out that her husband had been cheating and asked for a divorce

^ also it started about a year ago which was when my friend was killed in a joyriding accident.....
