I had to do this in guidance once (during my "yearly check-up"...since we get to see our lovely guidance counselor one on one at the beginning of the year) three words though...so I was like um...Energetic, Spontaneous, and Intelligent...and she gave me a weird look..."usually people take awhile to think about it"...it would have been even more instanteous...but I don't think egotistical, over dramatic, cynical, narcissitic, anal retentive, can't forget the b-word, etc. etc. would have gone too well with her.
