closing...our very problem stemed from this particular thread and as of now we do not need thread like this in the serious discussion. Please contact Charlie or any of the other Admins (or better yet to all of us!) if you want to have this addressed and clarified...as we are still in the deliberation process of preventing situations like this from occuring again.

note: this also applies to the other serious discussion threads that dealth with past week's issue.
