enough is enough

lol, first of all thanks for the great feedback. as I said earlier it what keeps me the most motivated to write :D
ok next update:

Chapter 5
Sydney, Jack and Weis had decided to let the Derevko's go and were on the plane back to LA. Emily had decided to go with them since she had no criminal record the Us gouvernement can´t put her in custody. And of course Sydney wanted to bring Sark back into custody so he was on the plane as well.
Sydney sits beside Sark quietly. she pretends to be reading something facinated, Jack is watching them and Weis is flirting with Emily.

"Aren't you even going to thank me for savinf your life?" Sark asked Sydney.
"I might have if you were good. "Sydney replied not taking her eyes from the book. she was still on the same page she was when she started trying to read.
"Are you hoping to get Vaughn back now because you found out Lauren works for the covenant?" Sark asked her.
"oh great, here we go again." Sydney complained. "For the last time. me and vaughn are over"
"But you were over because he was married to Lauren. he'll leave her now" Sark replied. "That doesn't change the fact that he started seeing her after just 9 months. or that he married her. or that he only thinks of himself before others." Sydney snapped. "I think you're still in love with him" Sark said to her. "you wouldn't respond so emotionally about it if you were truely over hi-" he words were cut off as Sydney kissed him. she had meant for just a quick kiss to show him just how ready she was to move on and didn't care about Vaughn anymore. but Sark soon deepened the kiss and before she knew it she was all over him. "Sydney" Jack called but she didn't seem to hear him, it was like she and sark were the only ones there. Sydney then pulled back a shocked look on her face but just for a few seconds because she quickly covered it up and said "You believe me now that I'm over him" she noticed herself sitting on Sark and quickly got off him and sat back in her seat. Jack looked at them and sighted hoping Irena was right about Sark. He then went to the cockpit to see how much longer.
"Well if you ask me there Sydney that was more then just a convincing kiss. just admit that you want me" Sark said. "Fine I may be somewhat attractive to you but that is it. there isn't anything more thn that."Syd said grabbing her discarded book and opening it again. "I never implied there was anything more. You just did." Sark said to her enjoying this. "Sark, shut up." Sydney said.

They arrived back in LA a few hours later.

Chapter 6
As Syd and Jack walked into the CIA office with Sark blindfolded of course Dixon and Vaughn came up to meet them.
"where is Weis?" Dixon asked.
"Oh he's taking his new girlfriend to my place. she didn't have anywhere to crash so I said it was fine if she stayed with me. I would have taken her myself but I wanted to make sure Sark would be taken into custody." Sydney said.
"Good job in Holland Sydney. although Irena had gotten to her sisters first and you were ambushed you did capture Sark" Dixon complimented. "thank, there is something else sir. something we couldn't say over the phone. Lauren is covenant." Sydney said. "What? No way" Vaughn said. "Are you positive?" Dixon asked. "She just said she was covenant. don't you trust her." Sark said.
"I have to call the NSC and tell them" Dixon said and walked to his office to make a phonecall. "I'll call Devlin" Jack said grabbing a phone and calling devlins number. "I can't believe Lauren is covenant. are you sure it's her Sydney. couldn't it be someone else. like with project Helix." Vaughn asked her. "It's her." Sydney confirmed to him.
"You were dumb enough to marry Lauren when you had someone like sydney but now you find out she is evil and never loved you." Sark said to him enjoying this. he just whised he could see vaughn face right now.
"Shut up" Vaughn said throwing a punch at him but sydney blocked it before it could hit Sark and punched Vaughn. Vaughn held his hand to his jawline as he stared at Sydney. "you hit me" he sid to her. "she did? can someone remove this blindfold" Sark said. "shut up Sark." Sydney warned him. "You're weak Vaughn. I don't need a weak boy, I need a sttong man." Sydney told him and then kissed Sark right in front of him. she then pulled back and looked at Vaughn. "Someone remove this blindfold. the look on his face much be priceless." Sydney elbowed him in the stomach but then removed his blindfold, the computers all had their safetyscreens on anyway. Sark looked at Vaughn and grinned. "this is what you let get away Agent Vaughn" he said and then kissedsydney again although he was still cuffed. Vaughn glared at them jealous but walked off. Syd pulled back and glared at Sark but didn't say anything. she then escorted Sark to his holding cell.

(ok that's two chapter, wow go me, lol.)

Preview Chapter 7
Sydney lies on her bed thinking. Emily walks in her room. "Why are you moping on the bed? Does it have to do with Sark?" she asked.

Chapter 7
Sydney lies on her bed thinking. Emily walks in her room. "Why are you moping on the bed? Does it have to do with Sark?" she asked.
"Why would you ask that?" Sydney asked her playing dumb.
"Well you two seem to have thing thing between each other. I don't bame you. he is hot. not exactly my type but deffinately hot." Emily said to Syd who looked at her and asked. "Do you think it is wrong for me to like him?" Sydney asked her quietly. "I don't know much about Sark but from what I have seen is that he seems to care about you. he wouldn't have risked his life to safe you if he didn't."Emily said to her. "Guys like that don't come around often. you have to take risks Syd if you want to be happy." Syd hugged her. "Thanks, what's going on between you and Weis. I saw they way you were looking at him." Emily blushed. "He's sweet. I like him." she said to Sydney who smiled. "Weis has been a great friend. he's a good man, you picked wisely. And I can tell he likes you." "you think?" "oh definately. take your own advise with him" Syd told her cousin and they grinnedat each other. "I'm going to talk to Sark." Syd said smiling. "Good, then I'll call agent Weis" Emily said. "you do that" Syd said as she wondered what to wear.

after picking out somethign to wear Sydney had arrived at CIA headquaters. entering she saw Sark in Chains being escorted out his cell. "what's going on?" she asked Dixon who she saw. "Sark is being taken to his trial. NSC orders. there is nothing I can do." Dixon answered. "What? who reported him to the NSC?" Syd asked stunned. "Your ex did" Dixon answered her. "we need Sark, he's got a lot of info for us abut the covenant." Syd said to Dixon. "Syd, the NSC-" "I don't care what the NSC wants Dixon. If we're going to bring down the covenant we're going to need sark's help." Dixon sighs. "I'll talk to Devlin, see what he can do. meanwhile Sark will remain here. take him back to his cell" Dixon ordered the agents who complied.

5 minutes later in Sark's cell.
"Well I guess that makes us even Sydney." Sark said. Syd opened the glas door and walked into Sark's cell. "Even, you still owe me for the numberous times you tried to kill me." Sydney retorted. "Your mother and Sloane have both been my boss Sydney. Both of them ordered me not to kill you. and the covenant wanted you alive because you were the only one who knew where the cube was." Sark replied. "besides, I never was a good guy" he added. "you helped me. that was a good guy act" Syd told him. "but you helped me as well. putting off my trial." Sark said now standing inches from Sydney. "I never cliamed not to be a good girl" Syd breathed against his mouth. her heart was pounding like crazy. "are you sure about that." he asked her "just shut up and kiss me" Syd told him as she wrapped her arms around him and kissed him. Sark grinned against her lips but complied.

Sydney dropped her beeper. "scrambling device, so no one will be watching us." she told him as she had turned it on.

Sydney luaghed "I don't get it either Weis, but I haven't felt like this in ages it seems." "Hey whatever makes you happy Syd. just don't make me tell Vaughn about you two" "Deal, now what about you and my cousin. there been some action yet?" Syd asked him. "I'm taking her to dinner tonigt." Weis said. "that's great, just so I said it. I'll kill you if you hurt her." "don't worry syd. I'll probably kill myself first. Irealy like her." Weis replied. "Good, she really likes you as well."

From a distance Vaughn watched the two. "You'll be mine again soon sydney." he whispered. Viki bumbed against him. "what are you standing around for. don't you have something to do" she said to him and walked on.

the next day was Sydney's day off. Sydney was still in bed sleeping when she awoke from her beeper beeping. grogily she took it from the nightstand and loksed at it. "Why does stuff always happen on my day off." she asked annoyed out loud. cranky she got up and went to get ready for work.

at the CIA base
"This is Jan Hoegen, he´s in charge of the dutch reasearch facility you went into last week. since the escape they moved their operation to Belgium. covenant is planning to rebuild their research on rambaldi there. There is a disk with their entire research on him so far. I want you to steal their disk and erase anything they have on their computer. Vaughn will be your support on this. Go over op tech with Marshal.

Chapter 9
Sydney walks towards Sark cell when Vaughn stopped her. "hey" she said a bit awkwardly. "Hey" Vaughn said back. "I´m just going to see if Sark knows something that might be useful in Belgium" Syd tells him. "yeah...are you sure that is the only reason why you´re seeing him?" he asks her. "Sark is the enemy" she told him so she wouldn´t have to give him an answer to that question. "You know like Lauren is." she added. "Will you stop lecturing me about her. I screwed up Syd I know that. I´m not a perfect guy. Lauren played me, but she never had my heart. it belongs to you, not her." he looks at her. "Stop it Vaughn. I´ve moved on. It doesn´t matter if you´re ready for a relationship now. I´m not interested in dating you anymore. thinking about it as much as I have it´s a good thing the covenant kipnapped me and faked my death. it kept me from making the biggest mistake of my life. You´re a nice guy Vaughn. But you weren´t strong enough when I needed you to be. I couldn´t count on you. when you love someone you must be wiling to risk everything for that person. you must have faith in that person....I did loe you Vaughn. very much, when I saw you about to drown in that werhause and got knockedo ut I knew in my gut that you made it out somehow. I looekd for you no matter what it looked like. I knew you were alive. you should have known that with me too. you didn´t. that hurt a lot. it took me a while but I´ve realized I don´t need a man in my life. I´m fine with just me, but should that special someone come along that understands me better then anyone, that doesn´t secondguess me, who doesn´t make choices behind my back. then I´m happy. I don´t know what you´re feeling for my Michael but I like us just to be friends." Syd told him and Vaughn looked hurt there was also another emotion in his eyes but he was hiding it from her. she couldn´t tell what it was and truthfully she didn´t care all that much. "Friends...if that´s what you want" Vaughn said and she gave a weak smile. "I have to go, obviously. I´ll see you on the plane." Syd said to him and walks off to Sarks cell. "It´s your fault Sark. Sydney is mine. and if I can´t have her, no one can." he mumbled then walked off.

Sydney enters Sarks cell. "Sydney" Sark said walking up to her but she held up her hand and he stopped. "I´m just here for info not...you know" she told him.
"So you just used me?" Sark asked her.
"I really don´t want to get into this." Syd told him. "I just want t-"
he interrupts her. "It´s Vaughn isn´t it? your back together"
"Well he did want tha-" Syd starts but again Sark interrupts.
"THen What was what happened between us Sydney? was it just to get laid because I haven´t felt like that in a lo-" this time she interrupts him. "Felt like what?" she asks him. "alive, content wh-" he stops "never mind" he tells her.
"No tell me" she tells him "Why so you can laugh at me and say how it meant nothing to you and how happy you are to be togewther with Vaughn again?" Sark snaps. Sydney glares angry at him "For the last time Sark I don´t love Vaughn anymore. I´m not with Vaughn. and last night was, God I can´t even put it into words." Sark stands there a sec dumbfound then steps at her and kisses her. when he pulls back Syd says "If you´re playing me I will kill you" Sark laughs "no doubt that you will, however I´m not playing you. this time that is" Syd looks at him and kisses him again. then her watch beeps. she pulls back fro mthe kiss. "I have to catch my plane" she tells him. "the covenant moved their rambaldi research to belgium. CIA wants me to break in steal their info and destroy their database." she informs him. As Sark gives her a few tips on the break in and the security syd takes notes then gives him a quick kiss as her watch beeps again. she then goes off to catch her plane.

On the plane.
"So did Sark have any intel for us?" Vaughn asked Sydney as he sat acros of her.
"oh, yeah little bit." Syd answered and told him the little info Sark told her that would be crucial for the mission. a few hours later they arrived in Belgium.

Belgium
"I've got the disk, uploading computer virus now." Syd said in her two way ear piece to Vaughn, "copy that Syd." Vaughn replied. suddenl the alarm wnt off. "Something is wrong, meet me at the extraction point" Syd told Vaughn. "I'm on my way syd, be careful" Vaughn told her. Sydney looked at the compter screen and saw the virus was uploaded unto the network. she then took off. "freeze" someone yelled, Syd looked bak and saw Lauren with some guys lauren inmidiatelyfired at her and Syd ducked around the corner. Syd got up as se heard lauren yell "get her" Syd remembered a secret escape route sark told her about. she obviously wouldn't be able to make it back trough the way she got in so she headed further through the hall then opened a door quickly went through hearing shots being fired just behind her she moved up the stairs. reaching the 6th floor she opened the door and went through. she saw the office sark told her about and punched the guy out cold occupying it then pressed the button under hisdesk and a small airduct entrance was opened. she hopped in and went sliding downwards. moments later there was an explosion sydney watches as the fire made it way through the airduct. suddenly she was outide on the grass and she roleld to the side to avoid the flames spitting out of the sirduct right behind her. she saw vaughn and got up "why won't you just die for once" he said then vaughn suddenly hit her and everything went black. Lauren came waling up to Vaughn. "nice work Michael, they'll be pleased to hear we got her. we already planted a body inside before the exposion and made it look like it was her. they have no choise but to blieve she really dead this time. we made sure there is almost nothing left of it." Vaughn kissed Lauren.

preview Chapter 10
"The Agency believes Sydney is dead." Jack told Sark in his jailcell.
"What?" Sark said shocked. "She's not dead" I would know he then said to Jack.
"I believe so too. the covenant did it before they will do it again." Jack answered him. "Get me out of here Jack. I'll do anything I can for Sydney." Sark told his lovers father. "I know you will. that's why I convinced dixon to have you transported to camp Harris so we can bust you out. you know the covenant better then any of us." Jack replied and Sark looked at him "I'll find her Jack. and I'll bring her home." he told him. Jack looked at him and nodded then walked off.
