Seriously, though... What's facebook? It sounds like a plot device from some cheesy horror movie. You know, like a book in which some creepy dude keeps people's severed faces... You know, I didn't think I'd ever string together the words "sever" and "face" quite like that.

Yeah, the original concept was that it was just a school based thing, and a very, very useful tool to boot. With the rise of MySpace, it's trying to compete by opening up to "everyone" who wants a slot. The tight security and permissions based system are still very much in play, however, which is a big difference to most other sites.frostydf2 said:
