This FAQ will be updated with issues & solutions for working with Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Q: When I try to save any graphics in Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) by using the right-mouse button 'Save As' option it will only save the graphic as an .bmp instead of .gif or .jpb -- How do I fix this?

A: The problem is due to a quirk (bug) in IE that is easily solved. When this problem occurs it is a sympton of your IE cache limit being full. Just choose "Tools / Internet Options" and then under "Temporary Internet Files" choose "Delete Files".
