OK... so there's a little software app I found out about today. It's called KlipFolio.
It takes up tiny space on your computer screen and very little system resources, and it's really cool. It can do a lot of things, but basically, it delivers the information that you want in a very convenient, automated way.
I also found out today that both Alias-Media.com and Jen-Garner.net have RSS feeds. And one of KlipFolio's features is its feed viewer, which supports RSS!
Alias-Media RSS feed is at: Watch Free Homemade Sex Porn Videos and Sex Clips Online
Jen-Garner.net: http://www.jen-garner.net/backend.php
So basically, I set up KlipFolio to read the feed from Alias-Media and assigned the little Alias icon I once found at the AliasTheGame.com web site...
If you like that idea, check it out at Serence.com
There are lots of different little "Klips" that you can add to to the program at KlipFarm.com. It comes with a module that tells you when you have new e-mail on Hotmail if you use that, and there's tons of other stuff too... Weather (as you can see, news, anything...). And there's one for e-mail too if you have POP3 access to your e-mail account which is cool too.
For the Feed Viewer, you can set it up to give you an alert whenever there's a new news item, and you can tell it to check for new items every 15 or 30 minutes, or an hour, or 2 hours, once a day, twice a day, whatever...
Clicking on the icon, in this case, will take you to Alias-Media.com.
It supports all popular browsers (IE, Firefox, Netscape, etc...)
I'm trying to find out if you can combine RSS feeds into one somehow, which would be awesome cuz that way I can set up all my favorite sites into one little module.
If you don't know what an RSS feed is, don't worry, you'll soon know, trust me... Just take a look at this:
