Good voice program?

There aren't many free and good voice programs. Take this advice from the Sound effects guy. If you want free, Audacity is what you want. If you want good, Adobe Soundbooth CS5 comes out in about 12 days.

ive heard that audacity is very high quality & u can get it 4 free @ audacity.com for windows, mac, & linux
