check one of the reasons the british PM is in Dehli!

talks with the Indian space program on developing Galileo, a competitor to the US GPS system. The system should be in force by 2008 hopefully, able to track vehicles which will obviously involve traffic control and poll stations since the UK is looking at differing taxing systems than yearly road taxx and fuel tax.

what really stands out is the chinese involvement in development. if europe, india and surrounding countries and the Chinese get involved then a major, possibly crushing competitor to the US GPS system will be on the scene!

The numbers on chinese made electronics and clothing is getting serious in our world, only by partnering with the chinese on development and supply/control of new technologies can we possibly avoid economic collapse of home business.

if you can't beat them, join them!
