Season 3 help finding a copy of last nights eppy

Can anyone help me find a copy or tell me where to download a copy of last night's episode? My VCR ate my tape!! I'm technically illiterate so any help that you could give me as far as pointing me in the right direction for downloading or whatever would be most helpful. Thanks!!!!!
