Help!!! - need movie title

I saw part of this movie on TV months ago but never got the title.

I'm guessing it was made between late 60's to late 70's.

It took place on a spaceship. It had two characters: one human and one computer. The human wasn't really a pilot because the cpu was doing all that. He was more of a manager.

The man spoke with the cpu but there was sparse dialogue. I want to say they had a relationship like the characters on "Moon". Perhaps the cpu was evil or concealing something from the man.
