physically - my little finger is really sore...i think i may have broken it
mentally - a horrible nagging feeling at the back of my mind that won't go away

low- my holiday in italy has to be cut to 14 days cos I have a REM gig to get back to

high - being down in cornwall with the woman i love and being able to relax
low - i think i broke my little finger

Physically - the fact that I fell dwon the stairs at college and have now sprained my ankle.
mentally - brain melt from my chemistry test earlier

low-They still don't have the GQ UK with Jen Garner on the cover at Borders and Barnes and Noble; they have Rachel Wiesz on the previous issue instead...and no Veronica Mars tonight .
