IE question about fonts

Ok, so on normal webpages, suddenly, all the fonts have gotten a size bigger and I haven't got a clue why.

Like if you're just reading any webpage, whether it be google, or a site on how to wash a car or something, the size of the fonts have gone bigger and I hate it.

I tried going to Control Panel >> Display >> Appearance, but the thing is, I don't know WHAT I'm supposed to be changing...

can someone please help me?

There's a couple more things it might be but try this stuff for starters:

In IE: View >> Text Size >> Medium

In Windows: Display >> Settings >> [Advanced] >> DPI Setting > "Normal size (96 DPI)"

(PS... stop using IE.)
