iTunes Help PLEASE

I have tried a bunch of places and no one has answered, so can any of you help?

My iTunes is acting very weird, I can't see the playlists, and after re-installing it three times, I can't get it to show the playlists and such even when scrolling there.


Please help a music junkie!
