Mama Mea Culpa
Sorry, Jennifer Garner, but shame on you! We know you've lost the pregnancy weight, so why hide yourself at the Hollywoodland premiere in this shapeless black cocktail frock with an unflattering tummy stripe? Even your sandals look vaguely frumpy. Unless you and Ben are about to announce a sib for Violet (in which case, mazel tov!), burn this dress--and the shoes.

I saw her in a brown dress in people magazine, that brown dress was enven more awful ! She should burn it too, along with the glasses, the tacky cross and the fugly Minnie mouse shoes she was wearing ! May be she should burn her whole wardrobe and get a fashion consultant !

Any website that has Ted Casablanca as part of its writing staff isn't qualified to be passing judgement on fashion - especially when it's Jennifer's fashion, considering she dresses better than most other Hollywood actresses.

My god that was harsh - I don't think the dress is her nicest but its not as awful as they make it out to be - especially compared to some of the things you see on the carpet!

At least she never dresses slutty (whether it's on the red carpet or in every day life), which cannot be said about most Hollywood actresses.

I think that dress was okay...I would've loved to see her in something else though.

But I think Jen is pregnant again, because she's been wearing a lot of stuff that doesn't show of her figure.

She's in it again!

Street Patrol

Hot to Trot
Finally, Jennifer Garner has stopped dressing like a frumpy housewife and has found her sexy groove (Sydney Bristow and Elektra, anyone?). Heck, if she could pull off all those stunts dressed in latex and a blue wig, she can certainly rock these four-inch spiked heels while out and about in Santa Monica. Work it, baby!

All Gut, No Glory

We know, we know, Jennifer Garner is one buff babe—so don't cry foul when we criticize this Grecian gown she wore to the Hollywood Film Festival. The gold straps on her chocolate dress seem to give her a muffin top (an unflattering roll of fat around the midriff). When you've got a movie-star bod and budget, there's really no excuse for this fugliness

Some Sparkle Required

Jennifer Garner goes for understated elegance at the L.A. premiere of her movie Catch and Release. Her strapless black cocktail frock from Alberta Ferretti and matching stilettos are simple yet sophisticated. But all that bare skin is screaming for some more bling than just the subtle Cartier rocks she's wearing. Psst...Ben, get your wife some new jewelry.

Ugh, I'm sorry but I hate peeople who say stuff like that! Some of the past comments have been really horrible and completely wrong, especially about the brown dress. There was nothing wrong with it and she looked gorgeous especially since she had only just given birth!! And also sheis not trying to dress like Jennifer Lopez. That's stupid. From what I've seen they have two way different types of style, and Jennifer Garner style is way more laid back then Jennifer Lopez. Anyway, the comment above about the Catch and Release dress wasn't that bad but the comment about the lack of jewerly is just stupid. Jen just isn't the type of person to go showing off how much money she has with big jewels. If you wnat to see that go check out Paris Hilton

Wow, do I rant or what? (I let these things get to me too much  )

No, Andrea, I agree. I think simple is better. I do think a small necklace wouldn't have gone aray, but I think simple is good. Better to see Jen's skin than having it covered in 247-karat jewelry...
